Tithing
Leviticus 27:30 (TLB) says, “A tenth of the produce of the land, whether grain or fruit, is the Lord’s, and is holy.” And Proverbs 3:9 (NIV) says, “Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops.”
Tithing is not about the money. It’s about the heart. It’s about living with the attitude that we have been blessed to be a blessing. Online giving is only one of the ways that you can give to the Lord. Many people prefer to write a check or give cash because it helps to remind them of the physical money they are taking out of their wallet. There is no wrong way to give!
